1. All schools that are members of CSEN in 2022 are assumed to renew membership with CSEN in 2023 and will be invoiced accordingly, unless CSEN has received notification of your school’s intention to withdraw from membership twelve months prior to the start of the 2023 school year (as per rule 2.5).
2. Membership and event fees for 2023 will be provided to schools via the CSEN Board Chair prior to the end of 2022.
3. The responses given by schools on this form will determine which events proceed which will in turn impact budgeting. Some events may be combined if there is insufficient interest.
4. This form is not the entry form for events. This form helps us determine if events are financially viable to run. All schools are expected to complete an entry form for each event they wish to participate in by the due date.
5. Deposits are due from schools for all events that are selected. Deposits have been set at $200 per event for 2023.
6. Please read in conjunction with the CSEN Calendar. Where a date on this form differs from the calendar, please use the calendar date as being accurate.

For selection of Cultural Coordinators, please nominate a staff member who will have sufficient capacity to manage the cultural event information and send to each appropriate staff member for each event.
Indicating attendance at the following events will attract a non-refundable deposit of $200 per event as per the Deposit Policy. Schools that attend the major event will have the deposit deducted from their invoice at the end of the term. Schools that withdraw from the event will not be refunded the deposit as per the deposit policy.
Indicating attendance at the following sports on Rally Days will attract a non-refundable deposit of $200 per sport as per the Deposit Policy. Schools that attend the sport will have the deposit deducted from their invoice at the end of the term. Schools that withdraw from the sport will not be refunded the deposit as per the deposit policy.
Championship Events are one day events in specific sports that have first aid and umpires provided. Medals and shields are awarded for schools that finish first, second and third.
